Weekend renters book directly online. Lease applicants fill out our pre-lease application and hear back within 48 hours.

Tour the Space

Come see the studio, pick your booth, and make sure it feels right. We want you to love where you work.

Sign and Secure

Lease applicants sign their agreement and provide their deposit to lock in their spot. Weekend renters pay at booking.

Show Up and Work

Bring your tools, bring your clients, and show up. Everything else is already handled.

Frequently asked questions.

Your booth includes a chair, mirror, shampoo bowl access, WiFi, and a clean professional environment. You bring your tools, products, and clients.
We offer two blocks: Thursday through Saturday, or Friday through Sunday. Hours are 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily. You choose your block when you book.
Click "Book a Weekend" above, pick your date and block, complete a short intake form, and pay $75 to lock in your spot. Full payment is required at booking.
We offer 3-month and 6-month lease agreements at $150 per week. Your rate applies to your chosen weekend block for the full duration of your lease.

Mississippi requires licensed cosmetologists, estheticians, and nail techs to hold a valid state license. Braiders and locticians should verify requirements with the Mississippi State Board of Cosmetology. All renters must operate legally within their profession.
Yes, on-site parking is available for you and your clients.
Absolutely. Make it yours. Any major physical changes to the space require prior approval.
